The location of the hotel was perfect. It was in close proximity to shops that were open 24/7, and the metro station was just a short walk away. Taxis were easily accessible as well. The convenience of having numerous restaurants nearby, some of which stayed open late, was a big plus. the hotel had a decent bar, great for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
The service at the hotel left much to be desired.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the food in the restaurant was good. The lobby and front desk staff were amazing, especially the General Manager who was actively involved in checking the operations. The housekeeping staff on level 3 was also commendable. The hotel had spacious rooms, and the location was very convenient as it was just a short walk to the nearby metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to Mall of the Emirates and just a short walk from the Al Barsha metro station. It's easy to explore the city and access popular attractions. there are plenty of entertainment options within the hotel such as restaurants, a club, gym, and spa. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms is a great bonus for staying connected.
The cost of traveling to the city center by cab can be expensive.

Staying here was an unforgettable experience! We loved how close this place was to public transportation - just a three-minute walk to the Metro station. The room service was excellent - we were able to hire a car, take advantage of the dry cleaning service, and request 24-hour room service. We appreciated how neat and tidy our room was, thanks to housekeeping. There were also plenty of shops nearby to purchase anything we might need. The Tunisian receptionist was especially friendly and helpful during our stay.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The room was spacious, with adequate amenities. The air conditioning worked efficiently but was slightly noisy. The location was convenient, and the swimming pool was excellent. the hotel facilities were well-organized, including the enjoyable sports bar.
